SERVICES

When You book any services with South and Oak, You will receive a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and cancellation policies. These project-specific terms form part of the contract and must be agreed upon before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline a project at Our discretion.


COACHING & MENTORING

Coaching and mentorship sessions are designed for educational and strategic support only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or mental health advice. Results are not guaranteed, as implementation and outcomes are dependent on You.

Missed or rescheduled calls are subject to the terms provided during programme onboarding. If no terms are specified, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS & TEMPLATES

When You purchase a template or digital product from South and Oak, You are granted one non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.


PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for services, coaching, and digital products is due as stated at checkout or within Your signed agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, paused work, or legal recovery of outstanding amounts.

We reserve the right to cancel access to services or products if payment is not received in full or according to the agreed schedule.


REFUND POLICY

Done-for-you services: Refunds are not offered once work has begun. If You wish to cancel before the project start date, please refer to the terms in Your service agreement.

Coaching: Due to the nature of this work, refunds are not offered after the first call.

Digital products: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Any testimonials or examples shared on this site are based on past client experiences. They do not guarantee You will achieve the same results. Your outcomes depend on Your own effort, context, and decision-making.
